Killer season by the good guys. Bummer about the loss to the Rivercats, but in our defense a one game showdown can’t really discern who might be the better club. The 2 dingers early by the Cats definitely set the tone, but as the Braves have done ALL season, we scratched back as best as we could. That’s our team – a grind it out squad. Kudos to the pitching staff all season. They were top notch. Also to IL batting champ Mendez. Let’s hope he’s back next season. And to DC. Great leader. And to Brundage. What a stud. Can’t wait for spring.
